Returns and Warranty
We understand that a customer will sometimes purchase an item that does not fit their needs. We are committed to working with our customers to solve any issues and provide the best possible service.
Easy Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order to us within the first 30 days after delivery*.All we ask is that the order be returned to us in its original packaging and condition with all included manuals, parts, and accessories. To obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA), please contact one of our customer service associates Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST at 1-833-HAMMIES (1-833-426-6437) or email info@happyhabitats.net.
Shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. A $5 restocking fee may apply.
All returns will be inspected, and we reserve the right to adjust the refund depending upon the condition of the returned product.
Damaged Shipments
We fully insure all of our shipments, and if a delivery is damaged, we will gladly replace the product or refund the full amount. Sometimes, damage from shipment may not be visible, so it is vital that you carefully check for any internal or external damage. You should immediately inspect the order upon delivery and notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery (excluding holidays and weekends) at 1-833-HAMMIES (1-833-426-6437) or email info@happyhabitats.net.
Once you contact us, we will issue an RMA with return instructions. Please make sure that the product is in its original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories. Once we have received the damaged unit back at our warehouse, we will immediately ship the replacement product or issue the applicable refund.
Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective after the initial 30-day return period, the manufacturer’s warranty may still apply. Therefore, all warranty service for original customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product purchased. Please check your owner’s manual for manufacturer-specific warranty instructions.

Receiving Your Refund
Once your shipment is received and verified and meets all the above conditions, please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used from your original purchase only.
