How long will it take to ship my order?
The average time is 24-72 hours. Some products ship more quickly than others due to the order type, inventory status, and shipping method. You will receive an automated email with tracking information upon shipment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items, unless otherwise noted, ship with ground service—the most economical option. Our ground carriers include, but are not limited to, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. From the shipment date, ground service generally takes 3–5 business days to reach its destination, depending on the location.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently only offer domestic shipping to the continental U.S.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Then, you will have to either refuse shipment upon delivery attempt or request a returns merchandise authorization number (RMA). Issuance of an RA is the only way for us to process a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. A $5 restocking fee may apply.
